1. Introduction:

Welcome to White Felt Casino Events. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our Weather-Related Cancellation Policy.

2. Services Offered:

White Felt Casino Events specializes in providing casino tables and professional dealers for events, enhancing your entertainment experience.

3. Booking and Reservations:

To secure our services, a 50% deposit is required for booking confirmation. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Event Requirements:

Clients must ensure the venue meets service requirements. This includes adequate space, electrical outlets, and any specified during booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A. Client Cancellations & Refunds:
Full refund if the client needs to cancel their event for any reason.

B. Company Cancellations:

Refund: Full refund if White Felt Casino Events cancels due to weather. Excluding the month of December.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule to an available date at no extra cost.

C. Date Rescheduling:

No Additional Cost: No charges for rescheduling due to weather concerns.

6. Failure to Fulfill Contract:

Full Refund: If White Felt Casino Events cannot fulfill the contract, the client receives a full refund.

Reasonable Substitution: White Felt Casino Events may make reasonable substitutions to ensure event quality. Table substitutions may be made of equal or greater value.

White Felt Casino Events is not liable for logistical failure due to vehicular accidents or incidents unless a booking guarantee is purchased by the client.

7. Communication Protocol:

All cancellations, rescheduling, or concerns must be communicated in email to White Felt Casino Events at whitefeltevents@gmail.com.

8. Governing Law:

This policy is governed by Texas laws, with disputes resolved in Tarrant county courts.
