Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

Thank you for choosing White Felt Casino Events! We are excited to bring the thrill of a casino to your event with our top-quality casino tables and professional dealers. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable entertainment experience, and we look forward to making your event a success. By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, designed to ensure smooth and seamless service.

2. Services Offered:

White Felt Casino Events provides casino tables and professional dealers for events to elevate your entertainment experience.

3. Booking and Reservations:

A 50% deposit listed on the provided quote is required to confirm your booking. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Event Requirements:

Clients must ensure the venue meets service requirements. This includes adequate space, access to floor space, and any other specified details during booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A. Client Cancellations & Refunds:
January through November:

  • Deposits: A full refund will be issued for cancellations if only the deposit has been made.

  • Fully Paid Events: If the full payment has been made, the client is entitled to a full refund for cancellations.

December:

  • Deposits: Deposits made for events in December are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule their event at no extra cost, subject to availability.

  • Fully Paid Events: If the full payment has been made, 50% of the total amount will be refunded for cancellations.

B. Company Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy: White Felt Casino Events reserves the right to cancel events due to acts of God, pandemic-related circumstances, or severe weather conditions.

Refund: If White Felt Casino Events cancels the event for any of the above reasons, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

C. Date Rescheduling:

No Additional Cost: Clients may reschedule at no extra charge, based on equipment and dealer availability.

6. Failure to Fulfill Contract:

Full Refund: If White Felt Casino Events is unable to fulfill the contract, the client will receive a full refund.

Reasonable Substitution: White Felt Casino Events reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to ensure the quality of the event. Table substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

White Felt Casino Events is not liable for logistical failures resulting from vehicular accidents or incidents unless the client has purchased a booking guarantee.

7. Communication Protocol:

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or concerns must be communicated via email to White Felt Casino Events at whitefeltevents@gmail.com.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County.
